**Vaccine Appointments** 02/24/2021 12:00 P.M. - The Florida Department of Health in Gilchrist County announced today that scheduling of Covid-19 vaccination appointments will be temporarily be suspended. All available appointments for the allotted vaccine have been scheduled. Scheduling will resume when more vaccine becomes available. **Second Dose Scheduling** 1/25/2021 3:30 p.m. - Beginning January 25, 2021, the Department will be contacting individuals who received their initial vaccine at the Gilchrist County Health Department and are due for a second dose. Individuals will be contacted prior to their due date and this procedure will continue on a weekly basis as vaccine supplies permit. **Testing** 01-08-2021 New COVID Testing Dates and Times! Click on the below schedule that will be in effect as of Tuesday, January 19, 2021. If there is an urgent need for testing outside of these times, just call your Health Department and ask to speak to a COVID Team Member to assist you. *There will be no testing on Monday, January 18th- as the Health Department will be closed.
